| Do You POOPER SCOOP? |
| Pets can't read, but pet owners can. Please remember when you walk your pet, that your neighbors also walk on the grounds. They should be able to enjoy their walk without fear of stepping in your pet's droppings. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. If you rent your unit, please make sure that your renters know it is their responsibility to clean up after their pets. In addition to being inconsiderate, failure to clean up after a pet is a violation of our True Blue HOA Rules and Regulations. OWNERS of the unit, not the renters, are subject to fines for violations. Walking your pet "across the road" or on "golf course property" does not excuse you from the responsiblity of cleaning up after your pet. |
