Security Update:
Two additional weekdays have been added to the schedule for AP Security to patrol our property.
This is in addition to the weekend hours current in effect. This update will take effect starting on
January 2, 2012.

Reminder February 18, 2012 Pest Control will start at 8:00 am
• In accordance with the Master Deed and as stated in our Rules and Regulations, all homeowners
are required to furnish a key to their villas/garden homes to the management company. This key will
be used to gain access to the unit(s) in case of an emergency and also for pest control.
• If you have a dog and if you are not home on the day of service, you will need to post a note
stating your dog is crated for pest control to enter your unit.
• If you rent your unit, please be sure to notify your tenant and have them allow access to your unit.
• If for health or other reasons, you cannot have your unit sprayed, please contact Amy Baker at
843/449-5411 x 106 or email her at abaker@theicaregroup.com.
