The Landscape/Grounds committees conduct building reviews with
representatives of the Management Company. The purpose of the
reviews are to identify and document items that require the
attention to correct an unsatisfactory condition. Periodic reviews
and follow up on these items ensure that undesirable conditions
are addressed and resolved. Homeowners are invited to join the
walk-through reviews. The tentative schedule is posted for your
information. If changes are made, the information will be updated
accordingly.
